Queen City Woman Arrested On Assault Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Melissa Philibert, year of birth 1981, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:51 p.m. on Nov. 6, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, obstructing report of a crime or injury, and domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime or injury. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Fenno Engel, year of birth 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2017, on one count of felony burglary, receiving stolen property, and attempt to commit criminal trespass. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Cleary Cleaners on South Main Street.

Yolendinie Nelson, year of birth 1996, of Bridge Street in Henniker, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2017, for criminal liability for the conduct of another after an alleged incident at the Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Chad M. Dow, year of birth 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, on a bench warrant. Also arrested was Rory C. Labbe, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a bench warrant. They arrested on Downing Street after police and fire and rescue teams were sent to a report of two people overdosing.

Laurie MacLeod, year of birth 1961, of Range Road in Belmont, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2017, for criminal trespass, theft by deception, and a warrant. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Adam S. Mattil, year of birth 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on Nov. 2, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Franklin Street near White Park.

Trevor M. Partridge, year of birth 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2017, for conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension on Loudon Road.
