Boscawen Woman Arrested On Forgery, Property Charges: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Debbie L. Gilmore, year of birth 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for stalking and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from alleged incidents along the railroad tracks behind Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Mark L. Tilden, YOB 1974, of Roger Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on June 24, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near Taco Bell.

Pam A. Steenbeke, YOB 1969, pictured, of Bluebird Lane in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on June 23, 2017, for forgery and receiving stolen property. She was arrested at Merrimack County Pre-Trial on North Main Street.

Tammara A. Ipock, YOB 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on June 23, 2017, on a warrant. She was arrested in the homeless camp on South Main Street.

Jakeob D. Jackson Stevens, YOB 1997, of Bert Lane in Loudon, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on June 23, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on South Main Street near the McDonald’s Restaurant.

Ryan Berkey, YOB 1995, of Villanova Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on June 22, 2017, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident on Villanova Drive.

Taylor J. Carpentier, YOB 1994, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. of June 22, 2017, for resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near Walgreens.

Chad Dow, YOB 1982, of Concord, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on June 22, 2017, on a warrant at Speedway on Hall Street.
