Numerous NH Men Arrested for DUI: State Trooper Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The NH State Police Troop F recognized one of its own on April 11, 2017: Sgt. Nathan B. Hamilton was recognized at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, (DHMC) surrounded by his family and peers, for the First Annual Sergeant Robert E. Bruno Award of Investigative Excellence. Bruno served 28 years with the New Hampshire State Police, retiring as a detective sergeant assigned to Troop F in Twin Mountain where he was a very successful investigator, working several high profile cases during his tenure retiring in 2007. Bruno passed on July 23, 2016, after a short battle with cancer.

“This award is given in recognition of those who have achieved the highest standards of excellence as embodied in the work ethos established by Sgt. Bruno in the investigation of crimes against children and families, facilitated by the office of the Grafton County Attorney,” according to a press statement.

The award was presented at the Shield Our Children from Harm conference at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, (DHMC). This was particularly appropriate because Bruno was recognized as an early supporter of the Grafton and Sullivan County’s Child Advocacy Center at DHMC. Child Advocacy Centers are child-friendly places where trained forensic interviewers talk to suspected victims of child abuse.

John Polychronis, 59, of Rochester, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. for DUI and DUI adult greater than 0.08 on Route 16 North in Rochester.

Sandra Certusi, 56, of Rochester, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on March 29, 2017, for DUI and open container on Route 16 in Dover.

Douglas Mushorn, 55, of South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 29, 2017, for DUI and DUI adult greater than 0.08 on Huckins Road in Madbury.

Mark Badger, 36, of Madbury, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on March 27, 2017, for disobeying an officer on Old Stage Road in Madbury.

Richard Leydic, 20, of Dover, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on March 24, 2017, for transportation of alcohol by a minor.

Leta Blake, 60, of Canann, ME, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on March 24, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-95 South in Portsmouth.

Wallace Miller, 38, of Seabrook, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on March 24, 2017, for habitual offender, disobeying an officer, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana on I-95 South in Greenland.

Stephen Cefalo, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. on March 31, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration, prohibitions: driver’s license, stalking, driving after revocation or suspension, and breach of bail convictions on I-93 North in Londonderry.

Andrew Larson, 27, of Pelham, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. on March 30, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack.

Paul Heil, 55, of Raymond, was arrested at 11 a.m. on March 29, 2017, for indecent exposures/gross lewdness. He was arrested at the I-93 Salem rest area.

Robert Wiggin, 34, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on March 28, 2017, for habitual offender. He was arrested on I-93 South in Manchester.

Katherine Coltey, 26, in Derry, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. on March 26, 2017, for DUI. She was arrested on I-293 South on the Merrimack River bridge in Bedford.

Mark Richardson, 54, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:23 p.m. on March 25, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Manchester.

Mauro Romero Mejia, 30, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on March 25, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-93 South in Windham.

Christopher Poire, 28, of Bow, was arrested at 4:17 a.m. on March 25, 2017, for breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at the I-93 park and ride in Hooksett.

Michael Jellie, 25, of Claremont, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on March 29, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ on Morningside Lane in Charlestown.

Matthew Dunn, 28, of Raymond, was arrested at 1 p.m. on March 26, 2017, for aggravated DUI (collision with serious injury), unlawful passing on the left, yellow/solid line violation on Route 12 in Westmoreland.

Zachary Knutsen, 23, of Keene, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on March 26, 2017, for reckless operation and speeding 26+ mph over 55 limit.

Troop D Blotter

Amber Roux, 24, of Northfield, VT, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. on March 30, 2017, for speeding – 21+ mph over 65 limit, operating without a valid license, and driving after revocation or suspension on I-89 South in Grantham.

Timothy White, 27, in Tilton, was arrested at 5:28 p.m. on March 28, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack, less than 1 gram on I-93 South in Concord.

Angelica Brown, 20, of Madison, ME, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on March 27, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Hazen Drive.

A 17-year-old juvenile from Killinton, VT, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on March 26, 2017, for transporting drugs in motor vehicle on I-89 North near Exit 11 in New London.

Brian Horlick, 60, of Penacook, was arrested at 8 a.m. on March 27, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Concord.

Andrew Chick, 21, of East Wakefield, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on March 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on White Pond Road in Ossipee.

Bradley Bowen, 30, of Wolfeboro, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on March 28, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Kevin Gregston, 58, of Center Conway, was arrested at 9 p.m. on March 26, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in Tamworth.

Wendy Conway, 24, of Berlin, was arrested at 7:08 p.m. on March 29, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in Pinkhams Grant.

Michael Rice, 25, of Groveton, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on March 28, 2017, for habitual offender, disobeying an officer, and arrest prior to requisition. He was arrested on I-93 North.

Scott Heffel, 27, of Bristol, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on March 26, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Route 3A in Bristol.

Nella Chartier, 56, of East Windsor, CT, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on March 27, 2017, for controlled drug: acts prohibited on Route 302 in Lisbon.
