Teardrop Tattooed Teen Indicted on Concord Arson Charges: Roundup

Deerfield woman indicted for stealing car, striking trooper, alleged Northfield drug dealer indicted, and local pol indicted for child rape.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Hector Rodriguez, 22, of Concord Gardens in Concord, for felony delivery of articles-Gabapentin, allegedly on June 7, 2016, in the Merrimack County House of Corrections.

Matthew Rollins, 26, of Pearl Street in Franklin, for robbery, two counts theft by unauthorized taking, and two counts of conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On May 12, 2016, in Franklin, he allegedly worked in concert with Anthony Deforge, Shane Goss, and Zachary Pantaleo, to drive a woman to a secluded location and physically force her to give up a bank bag with more than $9,700 inside of it. On March 28, 2016, he allegedly stole a clipboard from the Concord Walmart. Rollins has previously been convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2014 and Franklin District Court in April 2013.

Steven Rowell, 19, of Route 4 in Danbury, for two counts of arson for allegedly setting a fire at the NH DOT shed and brush near the Holiday Inn owned by the city of Concord.

Ashley Sargent, 27, of Hodgdon Road in Northfield, for four counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, fentanyl, allegedly on May 24, 2016, on I-93 in Hooksett. She was previously out on bail from a May 16, 2016, possession, possession with intent to distribute, and receiving stolen property charges out of Franklin District Court.

Kehley Smith, 26, of Deerfield, currently incarcerated, for two felony counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of disobeying an officer, operating after suspension-subsequent, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention. On July 28, 2016, she allegedly stole a Saab from a Concord woman and after being stopped by state police on South Main Street in Concord, struck a trooper in the chest. Smith was convicted of operating after suspension in February 2016 in Concord District Court.

Gary Snair, 52, of Hillsborough, currently incarcerated at the Valley Street Jail in Manchester, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault. In December 2008, he allegedly touched and raped a girl under the age of 13. Snair was the former chairman of the Board of Selectmen in Hillsboro.
