CONCORD, NH — Kelsey C. MacLean, born in 2008, of Keene, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Oct. 28, 2026, on driving after revocation or suspension, transport alcohol or marijuana by a minor, transportation of alcohol/open container, and unlawful possession/intoxication charges. She was arrested following an investigation or incident on Christian Avenue.

Kyle Elizabeth Kobzik, born in 2003, of Concord, received a summons at 3:48 p.m. on Oct. 27 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 following an investigation or incident at Petco at 35 Fort Eddy Road.

Gary R. Prior, born in 1953, of Concord, received a summons at 1:33 p.m. on Oct. 26 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. He was charged following an investigation or incident on Allard Street.

Coralee Grant, born in 1989, of Andover, received a summons at 7 p.m. on Oct. 24 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges following an investigation or incident at the Market Basket at 15 Merchants Way.

Bryon Ruff, born in 1988, of Concord, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Oct. 23 on a bench warrant following an investigation or incident at the Pembroke Road Apartments at 199 Pembroke Road.

Corie M. Kendall, born in 1989, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on Oct. 22 on a resisting arrest or detention charge following an investigation or incident on Sheep Davis Road.

Joanne Lynn Crevoiserat-Coon, born in 1975, of Concord, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on Sept. 26 on a driving under the influence charge and an unsafe lane change violation following an investigation or incident at 265 Loudon Road.
