Alleged Meth And Fentanyl Dealers, Others Indicted: County
Plus, an alleged Concord strangler, an alleged Northfield rapist, a habitual offender and an alleged Manchester vandal all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Derek Paradis, 29, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, methamphetamine, sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, all felonies. On Feb. 15, Feb. 22, Feb. 23, and March 2, 2017, he allegedly sold drugs in Concord at the Concord Gardens Apartments and Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.
Drew Parenteau, 34, pictured upper right, of South Main Street in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Dec. 1, 2016, in Franklin.

Jesse Pickard, 29, pictured upper center, of Loudon Road in Concord, on two felony counts of duty to report. On Jan. 10, 2017, he allegedly failed to inform Concord Police during his semi-annual registration anniversary and when he charged his residency. Pickard was convicted of felonious sexual assault in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2011.

Matthew Pike, 22, of Manchester Street in Concord, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as two counts of domestic violence. On Feb. 25, 2017, he allegedly strangled and assaulted a woman who was an intimate partner in Concord.
Samuel Piper, 23, of Cricket Lane in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 2, 2017, in Concord.
Tanya Piper, 24, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for felony criminal mischief for allegedly scraping paint off the surface of a car on Dec. 28, 2016, in Hooksett.
Roberto Raymundo, 22, pictured upper left, of Kennard Road in Manchester, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Smyth Road in Hooksett on Feb. 18, 2017, in Hooksett.
Michael Remick, 36, of Carroll Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing property from Maine Oxy in Hooksett on Sept. 12, 2016.
Wendee Reno, 35, pictured lower center, of Concord, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, accomplice sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and maintaining a common nuisance, all felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from alleged incidents on East Side Drive. At the time of the charges, Reno was out on bail from Jan. 25, 2017, from Merrimack Count Superior Court on a possession charge.
Roger Richardson, 39, of Cross Mill Road in Northfield, for aggravated felonious sexual assault. On. Dec. 2, 2016, he allegedly raped a woman in Northfield.
