Alleged Meth Dealers, Others Indicted: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Plus, Boscawen sex offender indicted for duty to report, Salem man indicted after crash on I-89, and Loudon man indicted on drug charges.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in January.
Christopher C. O’Dwyer, 40, pictured lower right, of Lake Shore Road in Salem, for reckless conduct and receiving stolen property, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer. On I-93 in Hooksett and Concord and I-89 in Concord, he allegedly drove over 100 mph while weaving across multiple lanes while attempting to evade law enforcement in a stolen GMC Sierra pickup truck on Oct. 11, 2016.

Cody Ordway, 32, of Ripley Street in Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on Sept. 19, 2016, in Concord.
Pierce Osgood, 20, pictured upper right, of Manchester Street in Concord, for conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-methamphetamine, a felony, allegedly on March 8, 2016, in Concord, at the Manchester Street Laudromat, in concert with Frank Pickering, according to the indictment.

Derek Paradis, 28, pictured left center, of East Side Drive in Concord, for two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and two counts of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, all felonies, allegedly on March 31, and April 1, 2016, on East Side Drive in Concord.
Nathan Pelletier, 31, pictured upper left, of High Street in Boscawen, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam and disorderly conduct, allegedly on Aug. 9, 2016, on High Street in Boscawen.
Travis P. Pelkey, 23, of Oak Hill Drive in Loudon, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited and possession of drugs-fentanyl, methamphetamine, allegedly on May 18, 2016, on I-93 in Concord.
Frank Pickering, 33, pictured upper center, a homeless man now located in Concord, for conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-methamphetamine and sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on March 8, 2016, in Concord. Pickering was previously convicted of possession of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2004.
Nicholas Raciti, 25, pictured lower left, of Goodhue Road in Boscawen, for felony duty to report. On Oct 15, 2015, he allegedly failed to register a Ford Focus with the town of Boscawen. In February 2009, Raciti was convicted of sexual assault. He was also previously convicted of duty to report in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2016.
