Woman Arrested on Drug Charge at Concord Hospital: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Sasha R. MacMaster, YOB 1989, of High Street in Concord, received a summons at 3:58 p.m. on March 12, 2017, for operating without a valid license on High Street.

Donald Miller, YOB 1969, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on March 12, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident n Warren Street.

David S. Hill, YOB 1965, of Woodcrest Heights Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:47 p.m. on March 12, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Woodcrest Heights Drive.

Ruth Ann Warren, YOB 1987, pictured in this file photo, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at noon on March 13, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. Previously, according to reports on Patch, Warren has been arrested for sexual conduct for a fee in Massachusetts as well as a theft charge, a warrant, resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions.

Natasha A. Wilcoxson, YOB 1994, of Lochmere Circle in Tilton, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on March 13, 2017, on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. Also arrested was Patricia Clark, YOB 1948, of Hemphill Road in Bristol, on four counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. They were arrested after alleged incidents at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Glen R. Blodgett, YOB 1966, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on March 13, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested in the Sewalls Falls Recreation area on Sewalls Falls Road.

Esron Mbabazi, YOB 1994, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on March 13, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Loudon Road.
