Alleged Concord Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Merrimack County Roundup
Woman allegedly dragged state trooper with her car on I-93, Newmarket felon indicted on knife charge, Goffstown habitual offender indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in April.
Michael Robinson, 26, of Elm Street in Goffstown, on two felony counts of habitual offender for allegedly driving on North Main Street in Concord on Feb. 4, 2017, and Burns Avenue in Concord on Feb. 17, 2017.
Matthew Romanowski, 21, of Walker Street in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenophine allegedly on Feb. 14, 2017, in Pembroke.

Nicholas M. Rudis, 26, of Hampstead Road in Derry, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 25, 2017, in Bow.

Rebecca Santy, 34, pictured upper left, of River Road in Bow, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Oxycodone allegedly on Nov. 21, 2016, in Concord.
Anick Sarantopoulos, 35, of North Spring Street in Concord, for falsifying physical evidence and two counts of reckless conduct, all felonies. On March 14, 2017, she allegedly drove on I-93 in Hooksett while dragging another motorist and a state trooper who were holding onto the vehicle. She allegedly threw her purse from her vehicle during an attempted traffic stop, according to the indictment.
Kori Schlieder, 41, pictured upper right, of Gordon Avenue in Newmarket, for convicted felons for allegedly possession a knife in Hooksett on Feb. 27, 2017, after being previous convicted of a felony.
Paullina Shiner, 35, pictured center left, of South Street in Concord, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-methylphenidate/Ritalin, accomplice sale of a controlled drug-methylphenidate/Ritalin, and sale of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone. The charges stem from alleged incidents on July 15, Aug. 10, Aug. 11, and Aug. 15, 2016, in Concord on South Street and in the Rite Aid pharmacy parking lot on South Street. In one incident, according to the indictment, she was allegedly worked in concert with Laura Fortin.
Justin Sowa, 26, with a last known address of Concord Gardens in Concord, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic, possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, and controlled drug-a combination of fentanyl, tramadol, and ketamine. The sale charges stem from an alleged incident on Feb. 7, 2017, in Concord Gardens. The possession incident allegedly occurred at the Merrimack County Probate Court on North State Street on March 8, 2017, while he was out on bail after a sale of a controlled drug charges from March 6.
Todd Spataro, 50, of Airport Road in Concord, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-methadone, methamphetamine and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, a switchblade, all felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident on North Main Street in Concord. Spataro was convicted of armed robbery in January 1998, in Merrimack County Superior Court, according to the indictment.
Angela St. Cyr, 26, pictured center right, with a last known address of Concord Gardens in Concord, for accomplice sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, accomplice sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, accomplice sale of a narcotic drug and a controlled drug-a combination of fentanyl, tramadol, and ketamine, and accomplice of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Feb. 7, Feb. 21, and Feb. 24, 2017, in Concord. The accomplice heroin and combo charges were allegedly in concert with Justin Sowa; the accomplice meth charge was allegedly in concert with Fnu Lnu.
