Bow Woman Indicted On Loaded Needle Threat Charge: Roundup
Plus, Newmarket woman indicted on theft charges, Maine and NH men indicted on drug charges, Hampstead man indicted for bail jumping.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Terri Rousseau, 51, of Grant Road in Newmarket, for theft by unauthorized taking and forgery of a check, both felonies, as well as receiving stolen property – less than $1,000 and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000. In January 2017, she allegedly exercised control over jewelry, money, gift cards, and a check owned by another in Newmarket.
Frederick Ryan, 39, of Gary Street in South Paris, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense allegedly on Oct. 18, 2017, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, was convicted of a prior drug offense.

Rebecca Santy, 34, left, of River Road in Bow, for felony reckless conduct. On Sept. 17, 2017, in Salem, she allegedly walked toward an officer and pointed a needle containing fentanyl and blood in it at him.
Susan Schug, 35, middle, of Lemelin Court in Somersworth, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, as well as suspension of vehicle registration and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent after an alleged incident on I-95 in Greenland on Aug. 27, 2017.
Bruce D. Smith, 28, of Long Pond Road in Danville, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on July 29, 2017, in Plaistow.
Nickolas Smith, 28, with a last known address of Indian Ridge in Hampstead, for felony bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court on Oct. 6, 2017, in Brentwood.
Anhduy Trinh, 38, of Rockingham Road in Derry, for felony distribution of controlled drugs-marijuana allegedly on July 21, 2017, in Derry.
Alison A. Tucceri, 29, of Fairview Road in Lunenburg, MA, for felony possession of controlled drugs-crack cocaine allegedly on Aug. 26, 2017, in Seabrook.
James Valiante, 35, of Drew Mills Road in Linneus, ME, for receiving stolen property – a 2004 Toyota Camry, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute allegedly on Oct. 22, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Christopher Vermette, 47, of Fifes Lane in South Berwick, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on Aug. 27, 2017, in North Hampton.
