Nashua Man Indicted On Baby Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: A man from Maine indicted on a hammer threat charge; accused drug dealers indicted; and Chelmsford contractor faces more charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Carol Jones, pictured upper left, 55, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on a felony common nuisance charge. She's accused of maintaining a home on Scripture Street that was used by Seth Shackford "for selling the controlled drug fentanyl."

Jessica Jones, upper center, 35, of Morgan Street in Nashua, on a felony sale of fentanyl-cocaine charge. She's accused of selling the drugs on Aug. 27, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of possession on Dec. 5, 2016, in Nashua District Court.

Frank Kennedy, 56, of Pattagumpus Road in Medway, Maine, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of yelling and waving a hammer near a woman on Sept. 30, 2019, in Hudson.

Yolanda Kennedy, upper right, 32, of Brooks Village Road in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine. She's accused of selling cocaine to a Merrimack police officer on Aug. 28, and Aug. 30, 2019.

Cheryl Lawson, 35, of Derry Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She's accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on Aug. 28, 2018. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft in Concord District Court in November 2013 and felony theft in Merrimack County Superior Court in February 2016.

James Longuemare, 20, Cook Street in Billerica, Massachusetts, on possession of clonazepam and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, on July 9, 2019, in Nashua.

Robert J. Lowry, 53, of Julio Street in Chelmsford, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and theft by misapplication of property charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing money from two people that was supposed to be used for construction projects between April 28, 2018, and Sept. 30, 2018, in Hudson.

Xavier Luna, lower right, 25, of Beard Street in Nashua, on first-degree assault and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He's accused of squeezing a baby causing a broken arm and holding his hand over the baby's face causing bruising on Sept. 23, 2019, in Nashua.

Ryan Magro, center right, 37, of Kemp Street in Dunstable, MA, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 24, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of intent to distribute a controlled drug in May 2007.

Glen Maxwell, 36, homeless in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 11, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in September 2015.

Michael McNulty, lower left, 26, of East Dunstable Road in Nashua, on a felony theft by deception charge. He's accused of creating the impression he had funds to cover six checks valued at $1,8620 at Granite State Credit Union in Nashua between Jan. 4, and Jan. 7, 2019.

David Merritt, lower center, 44, homeless in Nashua, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He's accused of pointing a knife at two Nashua police officers and stating, "I will f----- kill you," or words to that effect, on Oct. 10, 2019.
