Franklin Man Indicted On Attempted Rape, Threat Charges: Court
Warner man indicted on ax threat charges; Penacook man accused of waving gun at woman; drug indictments; habitual offenders indicted, too.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Robert J. Hobbs, 45, of Old Suncook Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge, fentanyl mixed with methamphetamine, on Sept. 28, 2020, in Concord.
Tammy Hoisington, 55, of Main Street in Hooksett on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Sept. 1, 2020, after being certified as a habitual offender.

Lewis D. Jenna Jr., 40, of Elkins Street in Franklin on receiving stolen property and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving in Northfield on Sept. 21, 2020, after already being certified a habitual offender in a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that he knew to have been stolen or probably been stolen.
Jason Jones, 49, of Cedar Court in Franklin on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, criminal threatening, and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of grabbing a woman by the mouth and yanking her head, threatening her with a hammer, and attempting to force her to perform a sex act on Nov. 8, 2020 in Franklin.

Trevor Keene, 41, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a $100 donation to the Franklin Police Department Canine Association by taking an envelope from a drawer and concealing it in a hat on Sept. 18, 2020, in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, Keene has been convicted on theft charges.
Kevin M. Kuzil, 31, of Grace Road in Wilmot Flat on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Concord on Aug. 15, 2020.
Rudolph G. Labranche III, 37 of Park Street in Northfield on a felon in possession charge. He was accused of being in possession of a spring-loaded switchblade on Feb. 18, 2020, in Northfield.
Kaleigh Larocco, 30, of Washington Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a simple assault, subject to an enhanced penalty, charge. She was accused of punching a Bow police officer on Aug. 19, 2020.
Thomas Mann, 21, of North Road in Warner on reckless conduct, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of coming at a woman with an ax above his head on Sept. 28, 2020, in Warner.
Correy Manseau, 32, of Cross Road in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge in Hooksett on June 17, 2020.
Jacob Martel, 31, of Village Street in Penacook on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of waving around a handgun and saying to a woman, "Give me a reason" or words to that effect on Oct. 26, 2020, in Concord.
Rianna Martin, 34, of Bradley Street in Concord on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent (heroin, fentanyl, and meth) on Aug. 11, 2020, in Concord.
