Nashua Felon Arrested On Theft Charge In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — April A. Gardner, 32, homeless in Concord was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Aug. 24, 2020, on a bench warrant. She was arrested in the area of the Merrimack River and Interstate 93.

Christopher R. Harrison, born 1957, homeless in Concord received a summons at 12:26 a.m. on Aug. 23 on a public disposal of human waste city violation after an incident near the clock tower on North Main Street.

Marion Lee Smith, 44, of Nashua was arrested on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, due to two prior convictions, at 3:35 p.m. on Aug. 20 after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment Oct. 8. According to court documents, Smith has an active case out of Bedford on theft charges and a number of other cases dating back to 2001.

Michael John Grass, 35, of Pembroke was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Aug. 19 on a warrant after an incident at 46 N. Main St. He's accused of failure to appear on an active drug case in superior court from June. Previously, according to court records, he has been convicted on drug charges and violation of probation.

Edward F. Siudut Jr., 45, of Concord was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Aug. 18 on speeding: 16-20 mph over the 55 speed limit, disobeying an officer, and failure to use required turn signal charges after an incident on Mountain Road. Siudut was convicted on a robbery charge in superior court on May 26 and has previous drug convictions.

Omar Hutchinson, born 1992, of Concord was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Aug. 17 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges after an incident at 121 S. Main St.

Stacey M. Young, 36, of Concord was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Young has active drug possession case in two superior courts.

Kevin Kuzil, 31, of Wilmot was arrested at 5:27 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident in the Fisherville Road area of the city. He's due back in superior court Oct. 1.

Michael T. Spaulding, 33, of Warner was arrested at 3 a.m. on Aug. 14 on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Black Hill Road.

Devin Joseph Dubuque, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 1:22 p.m. on Aug. 12 on four counts of simple assault, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and resisting arrest or detention charges.
