Rochester Man Arrested On Theft, Resisting Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Curtis James Ayer, 31, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2021, on second-degree assault and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested after an incident at Fort Eddy Plaza on Fort Eddy Road. Ayer is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 22.

Amanda Elizabeth Garnham, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Jan. 10 on three simple assault and three domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident in the Bog Road and Borough Road area of the city.

Stacey M. Young, 37, of Concord was arrested at 1:58 p.m. on Jan. 10 on a warrant as well as simple assault and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. The assault and theft incident occurred at Shaw's Supermarket on D'Amante Drive. The warrant was due to her being accused by the superior court of failure to appear on numerous drug charges as well as a single resisting count on Jan. 5.

Lily Bairstow, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 12:15 p.m. on Jan. 10 on a conduct after an accident with property damage charge and an unsafe lane change violation after an incident on Loudon Road.

Bruce L. Terrio, 38, of Concord was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Jan. 10 on two conduct after accident charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Keith R. Dame, 44, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Jan. 9 on a warrant. He was arrested on the Loudon Road side of the Merrimack River Greenway Trail area.

Grant Dreffer, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on Jan. 9 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Mountain Road.

Benjamin E. Parker, born 1989, of Concord received a summons at 9:38 p.m. on Dec. 9 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident in the South End.

Marie Ange Carlton, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 9:37 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2020, on a false imprisonment charge after an incident in the Loudon Road and Burns Street area of the city.

Benjamin C. Hatch, 26, of Rochester was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on Dec. 9 on felony theft by unauthorized taking due to two prior convictions and resisting arrest or detention after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He has active theft, receiving stolen property, and breach of bail cases out of Portsmouth as well as drug and theft cases out of Dover. He was also convicted on receiving stolen property and reckless conduct charges in February 2020 after an incident in Rochester. Hatch is due back in superior court on Feb. 18.

Nicholas Richard Nault, 31, of Concord received a summons at 8:11 p.m. on Dec. 9 on criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Fort Eddy Plaza on Fort Eddy Road.

Kiran Darjee, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 9 on driving after revocation or suspension and operating without a valid license charges after an incident in the Concord-Royal Gardens area of the city.
