Alleged ID Fraudster, Others Indicted In Rockingham County
Plus, alleged Kingston, Portsmouth and Maine drug dealers were indicted, and Windham and Revere men indicted were on theft, drug charges.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in April in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Robert Maguire, 39, of Yeamans Street in Revere, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, theft by unauthorized taking, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. On July 31, 2016, he allegedly stole sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of theft.
Jaime Manzano, 35, of Maple Ridge Drive in Merrimack, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, fentanyl, and driving under the influence of drugs or liquor-subsequent after an alleged incident on Route 101 in Raymond. He was previously convicted of DWI in Dover District Court in May 2012, according to the indictment.

Sasha Marcotte, 29, pictured bottom left, of Lewis Lane in Hampstead, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on I-93 on Nov. 8, 2016, in Salem.

James Marnie, 39, of Horseshoe Road in Windham, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, theft by unauthorized taking, and theft by deception, all felonies. The drug and theft by deception charges stem from an alleged incident at the Home Depot in Salem on Jan. 11, 2017; the other theft charge stems from an alleged incident at Walmart in Epping on Nov. 27, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, Marnie was convicted of theft in Manchester District Court in September 2006, and theft by deception in Rockingham Superior Court in January 2011.
Amy Matton, 39, pictured bottom center, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, for sale of a narcotic drug-methadone, three counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, amphetamine, and possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine with intent to distribute. The charges stem from alleged incident on Nov. 17, and Nov. 21, 2016, in Portsmouth.
Deborah L. McLlarky, 31, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and control of premises with controlled drugs-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 2, 2016, in Salem.
Emily-Lee McNeil, 29, of Blake’s Hill Road in Northwood, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Dec. 4, 2015, in Northwood.
Matthew Meisner, 31, of Babscott Lane in Kingston, on three counts of sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, cocaine with intent to distribute, and five counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, cocaine, Oxycodone, amphetamine, Alprazolam, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on April 14, May 8, and June 18, 2015, in Epping, and Sept. 20, 2016, in Kingston.
Jeb Melvin, 38, of Upper Garland Road in Dexter, ME, for accomplice possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on I-95 in Greenland on Jan. 16, 2017.
Joseph Merlina, 31, of Bigelow Street in Lawrence, MA, on two counts of forgery and two counts of identity fraud. On Oct. 2, and Oct. 3, 2016, he allegedly drew money on another person’s checking account.
Timothy Murdock, 39, pictured bottom right, of Wotton Road in Monticello, ME, for possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine with intent to dispense, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Dec. 21, 2016, in Portsmouth.
