Alleged Teen Stalker, Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, alleged Newmarket strangler, Derry man facing rape charges, Portsmouth man who reportedly fired a gun in residential area, indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in March in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Monica Chhum Hach, 24, of Washington Avenue in Portland, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, with intent to sell. The alleged incident occurred in North Hampton on Oct. 10, 2016. According to the indictment, she reportedly worked in concert with Martin Toussant and was in possession of more than 5 ounces.

Brian Christoffels, 35, pictured right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for burglary-firearm and theft by unauthorized taking-firearm, both felonies, allegedly between Oct. 1, and Oct. 8, 2016, on Mill Road in Derry.

Donald Collier, 36, of Lita Lane in Newmarket, for felony second-degree assault, for allegedly strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 14, 2016, in Newmarket.

Garrett Collins, 24, of Gloria Terrace in Derry, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault, all felonies. He allegedly raped and fondled a woman on Aug. 6, 2016, in Derry.

Raymond Conroy, 22, of Collins Street Danvers, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methylphenidate allegedly on Oct. 24, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Juan Cosme-Collazo, 42, of Colonial Street in Hartford, CT, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, with intent to dispense allegedly on Dec. 22, 2016, in Greenland.

Chelsea Destefano, 24, of Gooseberry Circle in Rochester, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, marijuana, one a felony, allegedly on Nov. 24, 2016, in Portsmouth.

James Dineen, 71, of York Street in York, ME, on two counts of false information in title application and two counts of false application in title application, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Portsmouth in October and November 2015, with Dineen reportedly using a false name and address while he owned a bus depot.

Rolando Javier Dominguez Velez aka Jean C. Rodriguez Rodriguez aka Fnu Lnu, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl, tampering with public records or information, and unsworn falsification. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Nov. 16, 2016, in Salem.

Jonathan Dorestant, 27, of 8th Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 8, 2016, in Salem.

Adam Doyle, 25, pictured left, of White Cedar Boulevard in Portsmouth, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly discharging a firearm on Sept. 7, 2016, in a residential area.

Johnathan Duguay, 19, of Fairview Avenue in Derry, on two counts of stalking and tampering with witnesses and informants, all felonies. On Dec. 8, and Dec. 13, 2016, in Sandown, he allegedly was in close proximity to a protected individual on the dates in question, and also contacted another person and reportedly requesting that testimony to be withheld. Duguay was previously convicted of stalking in Derry District Court in October 2016.

Justin M. Dunkavich, 28, of East Road in Hampstead, for possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam allegedly on Nov. 23, 2016, in Hampstead.
