Manchester Man Indicted On Rape, Kidnapping Charges From The 1990s In Derry: Court Roundup
Exeter man indicted on Hampton cocaine dealing charge; CT man faces ID fraud, theft charges; VT woman indicted on Windham threat charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Giuseppe Maini III, 62, of McDonough Street in Portsmouth on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Aug. 20, 2021, in Brentwood.
Ashley Shantel Martinez, 30, of Washington Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on felony possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges in Salem on Nov. 14, 2021, after previously being convicted on a prior offense.

Robert A. McGrath, 35, a transient of Vernon, Connecticut, on identity fraud, possession of fentanyl, attempted theft by deception, and theft by deception, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug, attempting to cash a check made out to another person, attempting to use a fake New Jersey license to access $3,000 in cash from TD Bank, and accessing the money, and on Sept. 14, 2022, in Newmarket.
Matthew Meisner, 36, of Newfields Road in Exeter on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, charges, all felonies, on June 11, 2022, in Hampton.

Joel Richard Messina, 54, of Brook Road in Salem on possession of fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, and two burglary charges, all felonies. He was accused of breaking into Great Clips Salon in Salem on June 7, and June 13, 2022, and possessing the drug and throwing baggies to the ground to impair an investigation on July 6, 2022, in Salem.
Timothy Albert Millard Jr., 31, of Powers Street in Milford on a second-degree assault charge. He was accused of twisting a woman’s arm, causing a fracture, and pushing her between March 17, and March 18, 2022, in Derry.
Corrie Sue Moen, 52, of North Main Street in Waterbury, Vermont, on two felony criminal threatening charges. She was accused of threatening two people with a wooden bat or stick while yelling on Oct. 10, 2022, in Windham.
Matthew Robert Montana, 31, of Winnacunnet Road in Hampton on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Seabrook on Nov. 4, 2022, after being convicted twice before.
Jeffrey Scott Munroe, 57, of Deep Meadows in Exeter on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of using another person’s ATM card to make multiple withdrawals from a bank account of more than $1,500 between Dec. 1, 2021, and Aug. 31, 2022, in Exeter.
Angelo Navarro, 45, of Kimball Street in Manchester on four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges and two felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a girl at least twice and holding her under false imprisonment and-or kidnapping in Derry between Jan. 16, 1996, and Oct. 1, 1997.
