Concord Woman Accused Of Damaging Hospital Door, Faces Felony Charge: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Isaiah James Bullock, 23, of Concord was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2022, on two simple assault charges after an incident on Village Street in Penacook.

Valerie E. Fredette, 38, of Concord was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on Sept. 4 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Pitman Street.

Joshua T. Brathwaite, 26, of Concord was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a warrant after an incident at 202 N. Main St.

Heather Suzzanne Hurley, 37, of Jennings Drive in Concord was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on Aug. 31 on simple assault and felony criminal mischief charges. Around 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 22, police were sent to Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street for a past tense criminal mischief complaint. A patient, Hurley, was accused of damaging a door the day before while in the yellow pod at the hospital. The officer examined the door and then, spoke with Hurley, who expressed remorse, according to an affidavit. The damage was estimated to be between $2,000 and $3,000. On Aug. 29, the hospital submitted a security video to police that purported to show Hurley “repeatedly (slamming) the door against the wall which caused the reported damage,” the report said. A warrant was issued on Aug. 31, and she was arrested.

Ashley V. Ormandy, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on Aug. 28 on a receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Marshalls on Storrs Street.

Corey M. Hynes, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue.

Zachary S. Gotham, 34, of Nashua was arrested at 8:51 a.m. on Aug. 26 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 172 N. Main St.

Eddie Alfred Veilleux, 55, of Concord was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on Aug. 24 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

David Dubuc, born 1967, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:21 a.m. on Aug. 23 after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Matthew Robert Montana, 31, of Hackensack, New Jersey, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on Aug. 23 on three warrants. He was arrested after an incident on Warren Street.

Liam Chapman, born 2002, of Boscawen was cited at 1:40 a.m. on Aug. 21 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident on Gladstone Street.

Timothy James Pushee, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 on stalking, breach of bail, and two criminal mischief charges after an incident on Thomas Street.

Stefanie M. Rossi, born 1985, of Penacook was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Aug. 19 on a bench warrant as well as a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Biren Darjee, 20, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1:19 p.m. on Aug. 18 after an incident on Loudon Road. He failed to appear at an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 18 on a felonious sexual assault charge with a victim of between 13 and 15, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Darjee was arraigned on Aug. 19. A dispositional conference hearing was held on Sept. 6, and a competency hearing will be held on Jan. 13, 2023.
