NH State Police Make Arrests

Here’s a roundup of the latest arrest by troopers in the Granite State.

Troop B

Benjamin Robitaille, 25, of West Warwick, RI, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on Nov. 15, on transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of less than 5 grams of a control drug, marijuana/hashish. He was arrested on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Dustin Gagnon, 27, of Nashua, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 16, on a possession of less than 5 grams of a control drug, marijuana/hashish charge.

Jonathan Williams, 28, of Londonderry, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. on Nov. 16, on a DUI impairment charge. He was arrested on Route 102 in Londonderry.

Derek Smith, 18, of New Boston, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on Nov. 16, on transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle and possession of less than 5 grams of a control drug, marijuana/hashish.

Robert Bonfiflioli of Londonderry, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. on Nov. 20, on a DUI impairment charge. He was arrested at Mile Marker 9 on I-93 North in Windham.

Troop F

Jesse Nickerson, 21, of Shelburne, was arrested on an aggravated DWI charge on Nov. 18.

Justin Shepard, 24, of South Royalton, VT, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a possession of drugs charge.

Sinan Mays, 18, of North Andover, MA, was arrested on Nov. 21, on a possession of drugs charge.

Amanda Presutti, 28, of Berlin, was arrested on a possession of drugs charge.
