North Carolina Man Indicted for Second-Degree Assault, Other Charges: Roundup

Alleged Kingston burglary indicted, Salem women indicted for drugs, Portsmouth habitual offender indicted, NJ woman indicted for ID fraud.

KINGSTON, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Evan Sanborn, 26, pictured lower right, of Leo Street in Manchester, on three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of theft by deception, all felonies, due to two prior convictions in May 2014 in Manchester District Court and July 2014 in Concord District Court. In December 2015, he allegedly stole items from a man in Derry items and pawned them at the Pawn Guys Pawn Shop or sold them to others.

Christopher Senter, 29, of Rockrimmon Road in Kingston, for felony burglary, allegedly on Rockrimmon Road in Kingston on July 19, 2016.

Alyssa Silva, 20, of St. Mary’s Lane in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on Feb. 10, 2016, in Salem.

Sabrina Silva, 25, of Old Rockingham Road in Salem, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, for allegedly possession 27 Alprazolam pills on April 19, 2016, in Salem.

Raymond Smallwood, 49, pictured lower center, of Hillston Ridge Road in Raleigh, NC, for second-degree assault, a felony, and four counts of simple assault. On June 12, 2016, he allegedly fractured the radius of a man in Raymond and assaulted or threatened to assault three people.

Margaret Smith, 30, of Sagamore Street in Portsmouth, for felony operating after certification as a habitual offender, for allegedly driving on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on Aug. 12, 2016.

Timothy Smith, 36, of Willodale Road in Lowell, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, while released on bail after a previous possession arrest, possession of a controlled drug-Chlordiazepoxide, both felonies, and contempt of court/breach of bail, allegedly on June 30, 2016, in Salem. He was also previously convicted of drug possession, according to the indictment.

Janette Solares, 21, of Elm Street in Manchester, on two counts of felony forgery for allegedly cashing counterfeit checks on the account of Club Manch Vegas in Derry on May 1, 2015, and Salem on May 2, 2015.

Tahira Soriano, 31, of William Street in East Orange, NJ, for two counts of identity fraud, attempted theft by deception, theft by deception, all felonies. On June 28, 2016, she allegedly pretended to be another person and attempted to obtain iPhones in that person’s name at the Sprint store in Epping and the Sprint store in Newington.
