Fitzwilliam Man Indicted for Writing a Bad $59K Check for a BMW: Roundup
Alleged Manchester forger hits three Rockingham County communities, Penacook woman allegedly tampers with a witness, and drug indictments.
KINGSTON, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.
Timothy Mills, 31, of Nichols Street in Merrimac, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly in Salem on Feb. 20, 2016.

Gina Montagna, 36, of Alden Street in Plymouth, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on March 19, 2016, in Salem.
Stacey Morrow, 47, pictured upper right, of Hollis Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, as well as simple assault and criminal trespass. On Oct. 27, 2015, at the Market Basket in Londonderry, she allegedly entered an “authorized personnel only” area. Morrow allegedly assaulted a person and also stole bottles of wine from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Londonderry.

Jozsef Mosonyi, 29, of North Broadway in Salem, for driving while being certified as a habitual offender, a felony, as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, display of a revoked or suspended license, and speeding. On April 14, 2016, on Haverhill Road in Chester, he was allegedly clocked speeding at more than 60 mph an hour in a posted 35 mph zone. Mosonyi was previously convicted of operating after revocation or suspension in June 2015 and September 2015 in Salem District Court.
Angela Murrillo, 29, of Village Street in Penacook, for felony witness tampering. On May 16, 2016, in Portsmouth, she allegedly acted in concert with Carlos Reyes, and attempted to induce another woman to withhold information about Reyes’ criminal conduct, according to the indictment.
Daniel Oldenquist, 33, of Royalston Road in Fitzwilliam, for felony issuing bad checks. On Portsmouth, on June 14, 2016, he allegedly drew a check for $59,546.95 at Ira BMW of Stratham knowing that there were insufficient funds in the account.
Anthony Olivo, 21, of Ahern Street in Manchester, on three felony forgery counts. On April 30, 2015, in Derry, Londonderry, and Raymond, he allegedly uttered counterfeit checks on the account of Club Manch Vegas.
Jasmin Otis, 23, pictured upper left, of Roosevelt Avenue in Hudson, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on April 12, 2016, in Salem.
Richard J. Ouellette, 51, of Willow Road in Windham, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on Oct. 21, 2015, in Windham.
