Salem Man Indicted On 16 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Derry teen indicted on drug charge; elderly man indicted on gun threat charge; Londonderry, Newmarket strangulation indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Gerald G. Boucher III, 19, of Hope Hill Road in Derry on a felony possession of controlled drugs-psilocin-psilocybin charge on June 14 in Derry.

Kenneth D. Brand, 42, of Chester Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony operation while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Church Street in Kingston on Oct. 6 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Justin Michael Brouillette, 33, of Old Derry Road in Londonderry on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 26 and twice between June 30 and July 1 in Londonderry.

Dean A. Burleigh, 65, of Mildred Avenue in Raymond on a felony criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person in Raymond on Aug. 18 and saying, “I ought to f---ing kill you,” or words to that effect.

Trent Talon Bushnell, 27, of Wheeler Avenue in Salem on 16 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos and videos on external hard drives, a desktop, and a laptop in Salem on Aug. 18.

Craig John Carroll, 36, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a controlled drug, tramadol and fentanyl mix, charge on Jan. 8 in Salem.

Nicholas Travis-Martin Chevalier, 35, of Lita Lane in Newmarket on a second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Sept. 29 in Newmarket.

Catherine Coker, 56, of Horseshoe Road in Windham on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of firing a Taurus 9 mm pistol into the floor which led to a bullet traveling through the floor into a kitchen at a residence below on Sept. 11 in Windham.

Robert Collins, 55, of Theresa Avenue in Salem on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of striking another person in the chest and-or rib area causing multiple fractures on Aug. 2 in Salem.

Stephan Condodemetraky, 54, on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of attempting to induce another to not talk to the attorney general’s office and to claim an investment in his business was a loan between Feb. 1 and May 30, 2017, in Windham and-or other locations in Rockingham County.

Joshua Day, 32, of Gear Road in Rochester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 15 in Portsmouth.
