Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County Court

Man indicted on computer charges for allegedly soliciting a person he thought was a child for sex and Nashua woman indicted on theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Hector Colon, 31, upper right, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Suboxone-subsequent allegedly on June 22, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drugs; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in December 2014.

Sara Arguedas, 32, upper middle, of Friar Tuck Lane in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 20, 2017, in Nashua.

Dana Avery, 53, upper left, of Washington Street in Rochester, on three felony counts of certain uses of computer services prohibited for allegedly attempting to solicit a person he believed to be a child to meet him for sexual activity on July 20, 2017, in Nashua. Nathan Bell, 25, left middle, of Concord and Portland Street in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and unsworn falsification. On June 28, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly gave a police officer a fake name.

Deborah Bernard, 51, center, of Tyler Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between July 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017, she allegedly used funds belonging to another person for her own benefit.

Sheena Blood, 34, of Ashland Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 8, 2017, in Hudson.

Ian Bolster, 24, of Ashland Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 8, 2017, in Hudson.

Michael Brooks, 62, middle right, of White Mountain Highway in North Conway, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies. On June 27, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly acted in concert with Kyle Fleury and Sammy Hernandez, driving them to a drop sale incident.

Patrick Cairney, 29, lower left, of Nightingale Road in Brookline, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly driving a vehicle into another vehicle at a high rate of speed in Nashua on June 15, 2017, that put another person in danger.

John Christopher, 62, of Borough Road in Hill, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on Aug. 5, 2017, in Brookline.

Jean Cintron, 37, lower middle, of Farnham Street in Lawrence, MA, for second-degree assault-domestic violence as well as three counts of domestic violence. He allegedly strangled and struck an intimate partner with a table lamp.
