Man Indicted on Multiple Head Injury Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Alleged Rhode Island child rapist, jewelry heister from the Bay State, drug dealers, and others, from Nashua, Merrimack, all indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Joshua Carey, 41, of Orange Street in Manchester, for felony habitual offender. He allegedly drove on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on July 29, 2016.

Randall Carlson, 25, of Hubbard Pond Road in New Ipswich, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault. On Aug. 7, 2016, in New Ipswich, he allegedly struck a female intimate partner in the head “multiple times with his fists causing a close head injury,” according to the indictment.

Wilfredo Carrero, 39, of Lowell Street in Manchester, for five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, Buprenorphine, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Sept. 8, 2016, in Nashua. Carrero was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in March 2008.

Jacob Cleary, 23, of Congress Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, allegedly on Aug. 16, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Nashua District Court in April 2015.

Neil Conn, 27, of Cedar Pond Road in Warwick, RI, for felonious sexual assault, a felony, and two counts of sexual assault. In Hudson on June 30, 2016, he allegedly had oral sex and fondled a girl that was under 16 by older than 13.

Romivel Cruz, 28, of South Street in Nashua, for felony conduct after an accident. On Sept. 6, 2015, he allegedly "failed to give the police the name and address of each occupant" of a vehicle that was involved in a collision on West Hollis Street in Nashua.

Ashley Deary, 19, of Myrtle Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, amphetamine, allegedly on June 28, 2016, in Nashua.

Tabauhris Delrosario, 21, of Wentworth Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, LSD, ketamine, psilocybin/mushrooms, second offense, allegedly on Aug. 24, 2016, in Nashua. Delrosario was previously convicted of controlled drug act in Rockingham County Superior Court in March 2015.

Shannon Donovan, 41, of Prospect Street in Waltham, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 21, 2016, she allegedly removed more than $1,500+ worth of jewelry from Kohl’s in Nashua.

Robert Dow, 23, of Fieldstone Lane in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute. He allegedly had less than an ounce of the drug on June 4, 2016, in Merrimack.
