Nashua Man Indicted On Knife Attack Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Man faces 5 robbery counts; felon indicted on stolen single launcher, weapon charges; Merrimack man indicted on strangulation charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Nicholas St. Onge, 29, of Caldwell Road in Nashua on a first-degree assault charge. He was accused of stabbing another person in the torso three times on Feb. 12 in Nashua.
Adrian Smith, 33, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a possession of crack cocaine charge on March 2 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a possession charge in a Providence, Rhode Island, court in March 2015.

Joshua Smith, 37, of Marshall Street in Nashua on four counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon, and a fraudulent use of a credit card charge, all felonies. He was accused of retaining a 40 mm LMT Single Launcher owned by the Manchester Police Department and an Ozark Trail fixed blade knife, and on March 8 in Nashua. Smith also was accused of using a Home Depot card owned by another person to obtain $1,500 in charges on July 20, 2021, in Nashua, as well as two other credit cards owned by others.
David D. Smith, 36, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, oxycodone, clonazepam, and tramadol, charges on Feb. 1 in Nashua.

Shawn Soucy, 42, of Vine Street in Nashua on five felony robbery charges. He was accused of robbing Cumberland Farms in Nashua on Jan. 8, a Shell gas station in Nashua on Jan. 14, the Kinsley Street Market in Nashua on Jan. 15, and the East Hollis Street Variety and Bank of America, in Nashua on Jan. 18.
George Stanley, 48, of Derry Road in Hudson on reckless conduct and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of crashing the bucket of a Bobcat Skid Loader into the side of a camper while two people were nearby, putting them in danger on Jan. 30 in Hudson.
Bobby Tavares, 19, of Cambridge Road in Nashua on a felony interference with custody charge. He was accused of concealing a child from her parent or guardian when arraigning transportation for the girl to be brought to Maine on March 4 in Nashua.
Travis Thompson, 31, of Main Street in Greenville on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 3 in Merrimack.
Keith Varney, 53, of Bowers Landing in Merrimack on second-degree assault-domestic violence and attempted second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling and attempting to strangle an intimate partner on March 6.
Eric Wyatt, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine on March 17. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in June 2017 in Nashua District Court.
