Bedford Man Indicted On 2 Felonious Child Sexual Assault Charges: Docs

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Sarah Crosby, 36, of Depot Road in Greenville on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and cocaine charges on Jan. 29 in Milford. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Danielle Dauphinais, 35, formerly of Merrimack on first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and three tampering with witnesses charges. She was accused of purposely causing the death of Elijah Lewis on or between Sept. 27, 2020, and Sept. 24, 2021, and requesting others to falsely tell the state he was with them when he was not in October 2021.

William Mejia-Delisle, 29, of Lincoln Street in Manchester on felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of items from the Polo Outlet store in Merrimack on Jan. 23.

Alexander Diaz, 43, of Lor Tennyson Arch in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on felony false personation charge. He was accused of showing a Hudson police officer a Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office badge and telling him he was “on the job” while training his a cadaver dog on Sept. 27, 2021, in Hudson.

Matthew Dion, 50, with a last known address of Barrington Drive in Bedford on two felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of twice putting his hands down a boy’s shorts and rubbing his penis between Dec. 31, 1997, and Jan. 1, 1998, in Milford.

Ghenton Doty, 38, with a last known address of Garvin Street in Cumberland, Rhode Island, on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to appear in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge on March 30.

Rickie Duncan, 66, of Armory Street in Nashua on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with the police on Oct. 3, 2021, in Nashua. Duncan was previously convicted on a duty to report charge in October 2018. In August 1993, Duncan was convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse in the 6th Circuit Court of Richfield, Utah.

Danielle Evans, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 15, 2021, in Nashua.

Haley Farnsworth, 24, of Tyler Street in Nashua on sale of fentanyl and two possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Nov. 18, 2021, and Feb. 28. Previously, she was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2021.

Jason Fernandez, 25, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua on a felony second-degree charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 26 in Nashua.

Nicole Flanagan, 21, of no fixed address in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 12, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2020.
