Nashua Man Indicted On Rape, Dispensing Marijuana Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictments

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Jesse Ronald Marchand-Layton, 23, of Parkwood Drive in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing a vehicle valued at $1,501-plus from another person in Litchfield on Oct. 26, 2024.

Matthew Maynard, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a pellet gun and pointing it at another person's head on March 29 in Nashua. Maynard, according to an indictment, is a felon due to a domestic violence-reckless conduct conviction in Hills South in November 2016.

Louielyn Martos, 20, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon. She was accused of stabbing a door with a knife and placing an intimate partner in danger on Jan. 12 in Nashua. Muhsin Mohamed, 22, of School Street in Manchester, on a felony count of receiving stolen property. He was accused of retaining a 2012 Hyundai Accent owned by another person in Litchfield on March 18.

Jameson Mondale, 20, of Kim Drive in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a woman while she was unable to freely give consent on March 11 in Nashua. Mondale was accused of dispensing less than an ounce of marijuana on March 11.

Ein Nickerson, 43, on Willow Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession with intent to distribute-subsequent offense-cocaine-39 grams and fentanyl-43.3 grams on Oct. 17, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Hills South in January 2009.

John Parrinello, 59, of Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a 2022 Volkswagen Golf, owned by another person, and retaining a 2014 Honda Pilot, owned by another person, in Merrimack on Jan. 23.

Edward Paquin, 60, of Rena Avenue in Hudson, a felony count of duty to inform. He was accused of failing to let Hudson police know of an employment change on March 23.

Paul Pratte, 59, of Joppa Road in Merrimack, on a felony count of penalty; registration of criminal offenders. He was accused of failing to register with Merrimack police on Dec. 19, 2025.

Christopher Reinhold, 54, of Worcester Street in Nashua, on a felony count of sale of crack cocaine. He was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua police on Jan. 4, 2023. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a sale charge in June 2017 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
