Derry Teen Indicted On Hollis Strangulation Count: Court Roundup

Florida man indicted on Merrimack child sexual assault charges; Nashua felon indicted on knife threat charge; sex offender faces charges.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Dominic Carrier, 29, of Caldwell Road in Nashua, on duty to inform and duty to report charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to register a residence or temporary domicile to Nashua police on May 7 and failing to report a residence between March 22 and April 12 to Nashua police. Carrier is a sex offender due to a sexual assault conviction in November 2021 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Derrin Alexander Catharine, 19, of Webster Highway in Temple, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana charge. He was accused of selling marijuana to a 15-year-old in Wilton on April 1.

Sabrina Deleon, 40, of Agnes Street in Manchester, on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of using physical force during a theft incident at Macy’s in Nashua on July 20, 2023.

Ein Nickerson, 41, of Birch Street in Derry, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent, buprenorphine and naloxone mix, on May 5 in Nashua.

Christian Noury, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua, on criminal threatening and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife and threatening another person with it in Nashua on June 29. Ronald Daniel Olivo Sr., 44, of Forest Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle in a dangerous manner, holding a door to the vehicle against the body of a woman, and preventing her from moving away as the vehicle was driven on May 11 in Hudson.

Ashton Isiah Thomas Palmer, 18, of Gamache Road in Derry, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner, a girl, on April 23 in Hollis.

Jeffrey Weston, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges, both felonies, on March 18 in Nashua.

Jose Ynoa Ynfante, 36, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on a felony count of conspiracy to possess a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to distribute. He was accused of agreeing with Maribi Garcia and/or Elio Omar Cabrera Lopez and/or Ernesto Valerio and/or Angel Miguel Marte Ruiz and/or Delvin Castillo Portorreal, a.k.a. "Delvi Castro" and/or with others known or unknown to the grand jury to distribute 5 or more ounces of cocaine between Dec. 4, 2021, and Oct. 3, 2023.

Ilias Zotos, 37, of no fixed address in Manchester, on four felony interference with custody charges. He was accused of keeping four children from their mother in Hollis on Dec. 6, 2023.

Jacob Zwart, 64, of SE Biddle Lane in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, on two felonious sexual assault charges and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting, kissing, and fondling a child under 13 and having the child fondle him between Nov. 9, 2000, and Nov. 8, 2003, in Merrimack.
