Manchester Sex Offender Indicted On Kidnapping, Deadly Weapon Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Nottingham woman accused of having meth in jail; Derry teen indicted on marijuana sale charges; Raymond felon indicted on gun charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Brian Christopher Bateman, 38, of Lang Road in Deerfield, on possession of methamphetamine committed while on release and possession of cocaine committed while on release charges, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs, driving in Nottingham, and eluding a police officer and a Rockingham County sheriff’s deputy on Nov. 18, 2024. At the time, Bateman was out on bail from Bentwood District Court, according to the indictments. Also, he was previously convicted on one or more prior offenses, the indictments stated.
Marcus Dipesa, 19, of Scobie Pond Road in Derry, on accomplice to sale of a controlled drug-marijuana infused products and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant on Crystal Avenue in Derry on April 1, 2024.

Allen W. Downs Jr., 39, of Green Hill Road in Barrington, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Salem on Nov. 3, 2024.
Anthony Michael Driscoll, 36, of First New Hampshire Turnpike in Northwood, on a theft by unauthorized charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Portsmouth on June 17, 2024.

Justin Michael Dunkavich, 36, of Colby Lane in Pelham, on falsifying physical evidence and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies. He possessed the drug, threw a baggie of it to the ground, and attempted to step on it to impair an investigation in Salem on Nov. 6, 2024, according to the indictments.
William Earl Duquette Jr., 48, of Howard Street in Salem, on bail jumping and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of telling a woman he had spent $9,900 for a shed for her and was going to install it but failed to do so in Salem between Sept. 18, 2022, and May 3, 2024, and failed to install it.

Leanne M. Elliott, 40, of Old Turnpike Road in Nottingham, on possession of meth and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug in the Rockingham County Jail on July 31, 2024, in Brentwood.
Randy Charles Elwell, 30, of Harriman Road in Raymond, on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of breaking through another person’s locked bedroom door with a baseball bat on Nov. 22, 2024, in Raymond.
Kevin Labelle, 32, of Patterson Street in Manchester, on operating after certification as a habitual offender, criminal restraint, kidnapping, second-degree assault-deadly weapon, and four reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of keeping a person inside a 2008 Toyota Camry, driving at speeds of more than 100 mph, and weaving in and around other vehicles in Candia and Exeter on Aug. 30, 2024. Labelle caused a head-on collision and a broken sternum of a passenger, according to the indictment. Carolyn Katherine Lavoie, 43, of Central Avenue in Dover, on a theft by an unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was accused of stealing items from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Newington on May 15, 2024.
Alan Lenz, 62, of Middle Road in Plaistow, on a felony unauthorized use of rental property charge. He was accused of failing to return a dumpster to Pentucket Disposal Services on May 13, 2021.
Jesse Ronald Marchand-Layton, 22, of Parkwood Drive in Pepperell, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of taking a motor vehicle belonging to another person in Derry on Aug. 5, 2024.
Kimberly Marie Masson, 42, of Bartley Hill Road in Londonderry, on reckless conduct and two driving while being certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies, as well as conduct after an accident, criminal mischief, and disobeying an officer charges. She was accused of driving recklessly, at high rates of speed, and failing to stop at a stop sign and for police on roads in Windham on March 25, 2024. Masson failed to report a crash and damaged a vehicle in Londonderry on Dec. 2, 2023, according to an indictment.
Derek M. McMahon, 45, of Evelyn Avenue in Raymond, on a felony felon in possession of a firearm charge. He was accused of possessing a .38 Walther PPK on Oct. 3, 2023, in Raymond. McMahon is a felon due to larceny over $250 and-or breaking and entering at night with intent to commit a felony charges in Haverhill MA District Court.
