Another Nashua Man Indicted On Denny’s Shooting Riot Charge: Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Joseph Camacho-Vazquez, 29, of East Dunbarton Road in Goffstown on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge after an incident on May 18, 2023, in Nashua.

Matthew Caruso, 27, of Orange Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Broad Street in Nashua on Nov. 18, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Hector Colon, 38, of East Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crackcocaine charge on Nov. 7, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County in December 2014.

David Del Villar Gonzalez, 33, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of engaging with two or more people in a violent incident where two people sustained gunshot wounds on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua. Carlos Demorizi-Desena, 24, of Abbot Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of picking up a package with $3,600 worth of cell phones purchased with a fraudulent credit card on Dec. 28, 2023, in Hudson.

Mark Descoteaux, 34, of Brookline Street in Pepperell, MA, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Moran Road in Temple on Feb. 24, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ryan Devlin, 36, of Greenview Drive in Manchester on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a large knife in Merrimack on June 23, 2022. Devlin is a felon due to a second-degree assault conviction in October 2020 in Belknap County Superior Court.

Patricia Watson, 34, of Edgemont Street in Derry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 1, 2023, in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, she was indicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2012.

Logan White, 22, of Carroll Street in Keene on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin mushrooms charge on Oct. 22, 2023, in Milford.
