CONCORD, NH — A man from Massachusetts was arrested on several charges after an incident in Marlborough led to a chase on Route 101 on Saturday.
Around 1:15 a.m., New Hampshire state troopers were sent to a domestic incident for a report of an intoxicated man who damaged property before leaving. When they arrived, they found more than $1,500 worth of damage and issued a BOLO (be-on-the-lookout) call.
At about 2:30 a.m., another trooper saw the suspect vehicle and attempted to make a motor vehicle stop, Amber Lagace, a public information officer for the state police, said.

“The vehicle continued further into Peterborough, where officers from the Peterborough Police Department were able to successfully deploy stop sticks and deflate the two front tires,” she said. Despite the two front tires being deflated, the vehicle continued to flee from law enforcement and onto multiple back roads into Temple.”
The driver eventually turned down a driveway onto a dead-end road. The pursuit ended when the operator, Mark Descoteaux, 33, of Pepperell, MA, was taken into custody without further incident.

Bow Woman Arrested After I-93 Chase, Crash In Candia
A woman from Bow was arrested on Friday after a multi-community, low-speed pursuit from Windham to Candia, state police said.
Around 11:15 p.m., Windham police attempted to stop a BMW but it would not stop even after spike strips were laid onto the road. The vehicle entered Interstate 93, and state police took up the chase.
The driver was on I-93 from Windham to Londonderry, when an exit was taken. The pursuit continued through Londonderry, Manchester, and Hooksett. After entering Candia on Route 27, the vehicle stopped at a private residence. The driver, later identified as Jillian Morrone, 28, of Bow, was accused of fleeing at a high rate of speed through the home’s yard.
“Troopers were able to locate the suspect vehicle a short time later after the vehicle had crashed attempting a U-turn on Route 27,” Lagace said. “The driver attempted to flee from the crash scene on foot but was apprehended by Troopers shortly thereafter.”
Morrone was charged with reckless operating, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest. She was held in the Rockingham County Jail. Morrone is expected to face other charges from local communities, too, Lagace said.
