Nashua, Pelham Men Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Scott Clement, 34, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge. He was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua police on April 5. Read more about this case here: Nashua Cops Round Up 9 During Early July Sweep

Hector Colon, 41, of Newhall Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on April 28 in Pelham.

Bretton Crawford, 31, of Timber Lane in Pelham on 11 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing videos on Jan. 5 in Pelham.

Christopher Danieli, 49, of Worcester Street in Nashua on common nuisances and nine controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges — crack cocaine, clonazepam, buprenorphine, psilocin-psilocybin, intent to sell or dispense fentanyl, intent to sell or dispense methamphetamine, intent to sell or dispense crack cocaine, and two counts of sell or dispense crack cocaine, all felonies, between April 1 and May 4 on Worcester Street in Nashua.

Jasmine Dargon, unknown age, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on June 27 in Hillsborough County.

Hector Delacruz, 43, of Oakwood Terrace in Springfield, MA, on forgery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,287.53 on the account of Ewing Electrical Co. LLC in Hudson between Aug. 25 and Sept. 1, 2022, to defraud TD Bank.

Dylan Dewolf, 30, of Fossa Avenue in Nashua on eight counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos in Nashua on March 28.

James Dorris, 48, of Gowing Road in Hudson on penalty; registration of criminal offenders and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to register with Hudson police and possessing a folding knife on July 19. Dorris was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Grafton County Superior Court in February 1999. Keven Elliott, 31, of Friar Tuck Lane in Nashua on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused of using the credit card belonging to an elderly woman in Nashua between March 12 and March 21.
