Derry Man Indicted On 16 Child Rape, Fondling Charges From The 1990s In Hudson: Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Matthew Albonizio, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 23 in Nashua.

Robert Algeri, 61, of White Pine Street in Hollis on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a child under 13 for sexual gratification between Sept. 12, 2016, and Jan. 1, 2019, in Hollis.

Jaquelle Anderson, 37, of School Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on theft and organized retail crime enterprise charges, both felonies. He was accused of conspiring with one or more persons to engage for profit in a scheme to steal items from Guess in Merrimack on Oct. 29, 2022.

Kevin Baez LeBron, 26, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Temple Street in Nashua on April 19 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ryan Baldwin, 32, of Edgewood Avenue in Nashua on first-degree assault and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife after being convicted on a felony stalking charge in August 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and accused of stabbing another person in the torso on April 2 in Nashua. Jaiden Baringer, 18, of Anvil Road in Nashua on five felony first-degree assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly stabbing and cutting another person on March 28 in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Teenager Accused Of Stabbing Man During Domestic Incident

Michael Brady, 55, of Central Street in Derry on 16 felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and fondling a girl under 13 in Hudson between Sept. 1, 1997, and Sept. 1, 2000.

Jessica Bullard, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges on April 6 in Nashua.

Shawn Burns, 38, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Jan. 5 in Nashua.

Eric Carter, 30, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a forged check for $4,275 on the account of LHR Fire Protection on Oct. 6, 2022, in Merrimack.
