Hollis, Nashua Men Indicted On Rape Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Manchester men indicted on drug charges in Merrimack, Nashua; New Ipswich faces Christmas burglary charge; habitual offender indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Samuel Belliveau, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 14 in Nashua.
Javon Brown, 29, of Laval Street in Manchester on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, clonazepam, and buprenorphine, charges on Feb. 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 2021.

Thomas Burchell, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; act prohibited-cocaine charge on Jan. 25 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of selling cocaine in April 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Dylan Burke, 30, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 26 in Merrimack.

Francisco Castillo, 28, of Badger Street in Nashua on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. Keith Clermont, 43, of Farewell Road in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on Airport Road in Nashua on Nov. 7, and Nov. 11, 2022, after twice before, being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Daniel Depauw, 48, of Stowell Road in New Ipswich on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the New Ipswich Market on Turnpike Road and stealing more than $1,500 on Dec. 25, 2022.
Douglas Dipesa, 44, of Scobie Pond Road in Derry on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of pawning a gold ring, believing it had been stolen in Nashua on May 22, 2022.
Alexander Fair, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 15 in Nashua after previously being convicted on an acts prohibited charge in November 2008 in Nashua District Court.
