Derry, Milford Felons Indicted On Weapon Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua woman indicted on 4 ID fraud charges; men indicted on drug dealing charges; Merrimack man, woman indicted on theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Timothy Smith, 39, of no fixed address in Manchester, on two counts of accomplice to sale of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He's accused of selling drugs to an agent of Nashua police on Sept. 10 and possession drugs and kicking them away from police, to avoid an investigation, on Oct. 7, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2016.

Justin Stout, 31, of London Court in Merrimack, on theft by unauthorized taking and criminal liability for the conduct of another-theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of obtaining a 2006 Acura MDX and working in concert with Channelle Walker, according to the indictment, to break into motor vehicles and home to obtain property in Merrimack between Aug. 26, and Sept. 26, 2019. Some of the property included a Marine Corps sword, a GPS unit, a laser level, and a Lincoln town car. Walker, pictured upper left, 26, of London Court in Merrimack, was also indicted on a theft by unauthorized taking charge.

Juan Suarez, 25, of Lock Street in Nashua, on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and sale of cocaine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 22, and Oct. 2, 2019, in Nashua.

Henry Torres, 43, of McLaren Avenue in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine on Aug. 6, and Aug. 8, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2005 on a charge.

Amanda Yager, 33, of Charles Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on March 25, 2019, in Nashua.

Marc Anderson, 29, of Jefferson Street in Derry, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of stealing a handgun in Nashua on Oct. 21, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a felony theft charge in August 2015 in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Katlyn Audet, 21, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 18, 2019, in Nashua.

Brian Bjornson, 29, of Nashua Street in Milford, on a felony convicted felons charge. He's accused of being in possession of a revolver on Nov. 28, 2019, in Hollis after previously being convicted of forgery in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2015.

Mark Blease, 61, of West Hollis Road in Nashua, on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge from April 12, 2019, in Nashua.
