Concord Woman Arrested On Kansas Fugitive Theft Warrant: Cop Log
Massachusetts man charged with DUI; assault reported on Bog Road; men arrested on theft charges; warrant and drug arrests around the city.

CONCORD, NH — Paul C. Dollard, born 1956, of Leeds, Massachusetts, was arrested at 6:44 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2021, on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Briar Road.
Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 21, of Concord was arrested at 6:52 a.m. on Nov. 12 on two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident on South State Street. McFetridge has active burglary and receiving stolen property cases in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Joshua R. Deveer, born 1997, of Swanzey was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Bog Road.

Rachel Nichole McMurray, 27, of School Street in Concord was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on Nov. 10 on a fugitive warrant and a bench warrant. Officers were sent to the Best Western on Hall Street for a 911 hang up call. When they arrived, they spoke with an employee who told them which room the call came from. That guest, the clerk said, had just stepped out of the room for a smoke, an affidavit stated. Officers went to speak with the woman, McMurray, and she said she accidentally dialed 911, according to the report. Dispatch ran a check on McMurray and found her wanted out of Laconia District Court for nonappearance, with $1,000 cash bond, as well as a limited extradition warrant from Kansas by the KBI on a theft charge issued in December 2020. KBI later confirmed and indicated it would pursue extradition on its warrant, the report said. McMurray refused bail and was held.
Margarett Ann Brunsen, 43, of Concord was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Nov. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street.

Dylan P. Burke, 29, of Keene was arrested at 10:26 p.m. on Nov. 5 on three warrants and cited for operating with expired license violation. The charge stems from an incident on Hall Street. He failed to appear at the arraignment of felony drug charges in superior court out of Lebanon on July 29.
Klever Guaman, born 1999, of Taunton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 4 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road.
Brett A. Seeley, 37, of Concord was arrested at 10:48 a.m. on Nov. 3 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident on Sweatt Street. He was arraigned in superior court on Dec. 2. Seeley is due back in superior court on Feb. 2 for a dispositional conference hearing on active aggravated DUI and driving after revocation or suspension-death or seriously bodily injury charges from July.
Eric Mandigo, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, arrested at 8:59 a.m. on Oct. 30 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and deal-possess prescription drugs charges after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street. He is due back in superior court on Jan. 19 for a dispositional conference hearing.
Heather Start, 38, of Concord was arrested at 1 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a warrant after an incident at Concord Sand and Gravel on Sheep Davis Road. She failed to appear at a felony conspiracy delivery of articles to prisoners charge on Oct. 15 in superior court.
Devin Alexander Kane, 44, of Hebron was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Agway on Sheep Davis Road.
