Maine Man Indicted On Rape Charges; Derry Man Indicted For Sexual Assault: Court Roundup

Plus: Nashua man indicted on strangulation charges; 4th woman indicted on Merrimack riot, mischief charges; Hudson man faces forgery charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Brandon Allen, 37, of Blossom Street in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman twice on Feb. 15 in Nashua.

Shawn Bailey, 37, of Ash Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Jan. 4 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on possession of a Class B substance in Hingham District Court in 2017.

Remi Barrera, 36, of Summer Street of Nashua on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, buprenorphine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, on Aug. 16 and Oct. 11, 2023, and Jan. 9.

Paige Belanger, 32, of East Road in Alford, Massachusetts, on riot, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit burglary charges, all felonies. She was accused of pouring red paint, damaging pipes and electronic components, smearing cat food on HVAC systems, and other things at Elbit Systems in Merrimack on Nov. 20, 2023, in Merrimack. Michael Borges, 44, of College Street in Lewiston, Maine, on eight felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of administering an intoxicating substance to a woman in Nashua on Nov. 24, 2023, and raping and sexual assaulting her repeatedly. Timothy Boston, 37, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-fentanyl on Dec. 6, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on possession of a controlled substance in Strafford County Superior Court.

Shawn Brousseau, 50, of no fixed address in Nashua on five theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of taking another person’s 2020 Toyota Corolla, hockey stakes and gloves, a JBL audio speaker, a 2014 Chevy Cruze, and currency from Rivier University in Nashua on Dec. 15, 2023. Previously, Brousseau was convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in 2023 and receiving stolen property in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in 2019.

Stephen Quinto, 46, of Blossom Street in Nashua on 12 violation of protective order charges, all felonies. He was accused of violating a protective order by calling a protective party, texting her, and entering her residence between Dec. 23, 2023, and Jan. 4 in Nashua. Previously, Quinto was convicted of violation of protective order in Nashua District Court in May 2020.

Jordan Sansone, 26, of Morningside Drive in Derry on felonious sexual assault and five aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of intentionally touching a girl repeatedly and having the girl fondle him between April 28, 2014, and April 28, 2019, in Merrimack.

Matthew Sayahi, 33, of Central Street in Hudson on a felony forgery charge and a receiving stolen property charge. He was indicted after uttering a check to St. Mary’s Bank on another person on June 10, 2023, in Hudson.

Sean W. Seward, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Aug. 7, 2023, in Nashua.
