Manchester Woman Arrested On Aggravated DUI, Child Endangerment Charges: Nashua Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Anhaia Luciana Flausina, 55, of Carroll Street in Nashua, was arrested on March 25, 2025, on an operating without a valid license charge.

Karissa S. Scruggs, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on March 25 on credit card fraud-less than $1,000, identity fraud, and three receiving stolen property charges, all felonies, due to two prior convictions.

Adrian Antonio Baez-Paulino, 25, of Powers Street in Milford, was arrested on conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license charges on March 25.

Daniel Sega, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on an out-of-town warrant on March 24.

Matthew M. Michalak, 36, of Sapling Circle in Nashua, was arrested on March 24 on a nonconsensual dissemination of private sex images charge.

Belle Lee, 55, of Muriel Terrace in Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested on March 24 on a criminal trespass charge.

Jesse M. Theriault, 36, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on March 24 on two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges.

Michael Docos, 67, of David Drive in Hudson, was arrested on March 24 on unauthorized use of a vehicle-less than $1,000 and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. He was also cited for a tail lamp and reflectors violation.

Charles M. Reidy, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on March 24 on a capias warrant.

William Robert McLean, 35, of Caleb Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on March 24 on two indecent exposure-sex act, child, less than 16 charges.

Eliezer Rosario-Medina, 25, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on a loitering or prowling charge on March 24.

Krystal R. Despres, 30, of Foundry Street in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 19 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus, aggravated DUI-more than 0.08 passenger under 16, DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, and child endangerment charges as well as suspension of a vehicle registration and open container violations.

Ryan D. Basnett, 28, of Franklin Street in Derry, was arrested on Feb. 19 on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

A man from Tyngsboro, MA, was arrested on Feb. 19 on a felony theft by deception-$1,501-plus charge. Also charged was Laxmi Adhikari, 33, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Tyngsboro, MA, on a felony theft by deception-$1,501-plus charge.

Jeffrey Lafontaine, 42, of Meade Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 18 on a stalking-domestic violence charge.
