Nashua Thief Arrested On New Theft Charge: Nashua Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Marion L. Smith, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 18, 2025, on two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges.

Cory Lee Bailey, 37, of Manchester Street in Nashua, was arrested on an out-of-town warrant on Feb. 18.

Jean Angel Gonzalez Cortes, 18, of Eleventh Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 18 on first-degree assault-with a firearm and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges.

Melissa E. Boggs, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 18 on a criminal trespass charge.

Jeffrey Lafontaine, 42, of Meade Street in Nashua, was arrested on two domestic violence-simple assault charges on Feb. 18.

Courtney Tracy Orleans-Aikins, 28, of Schulyer Street in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 18 on a stalking-domestic violence charge.

Thimirra Auguste, 23, of Canton Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, was arrested on a domestic violence-simple assault charge on Feb. 18.

Sandra J. Perez Jimenez, 50, of Garfield Avenue in Revere, MA, was arrested on Feb. 17 on an operating without a valid license charge.

Edward Myler, 54, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 17 on a simple assault charge.

Ryan Masterson, 38, of Williams Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 17 on felony operate after being certified as a habitual offender, motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device, and driving without giving proof charges as well as stop lamps and failure to use required turn signal violations.

Miguel Saez, 60, of Pine Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions.

Simon Tuyisenge, 24, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 16 on a disorderly conduct charge.

Pedro Marrero Gonzalez, 38, of Larchwood Road in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Feb. 16 on four domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Daniel N. Brawer, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 15 on a capias warrant.

Amira Kimberly Njau, 22, of Canal Street in Nashua, was arrested on Feb. 15 on a driving under the influence charge.
