Nashua Woman Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

John Barbuti, 36, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of damaging equipment at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Nashua on Nov. 23, 2023.

Richard Beaudin, 46, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense-fentanyl on Nov. 13, 2023, in Nashua. He was previously convicted on a controlled drug act: acts prohibited charge in March 2023 in Carroll County Superior Court.

Christopher Brooks, 55, of Court Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of cashing a check for $3,100.11 from Aubin Woodworking Inc.’s account at Merrimack County Savings Bank on Jan. 21, 2022, in Nashua.

Robert J. Brown, 24, of Union Street in Nashua on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Nov. 6, 2023, in Nashua.

Henry Olivero Linares, 32, of Grand Concourse in the Bronx, New York, on a felony theft by deception-conspiracy charge. He was accused of working with others to pick up a package of $3,600 worth of cellphones in Hudson that were purchased with a fraudulent credit card while his conspirator drove a getaway vehicle on Dec. 23, 2023.

Miguel Ortiz, 29, of Badger Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of working with two or more people to create a public alarm on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua, where two people were shot. Cody Page, 41, of Old Marsh Hill Road in Dracut, MA, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 26, 2023, in Nashua.

Jenitza Miranda Parrilla, 37, of Ledge Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of threatening another person by pointing a gun at them on Dec. 11, 2023, in Nashua.

Barion Perry, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; act prohibited-methamphetamine charge. He was accused of possessing the drug on Aug. 8, 2023, in Nashua. Perry was previously convicted on a possession charge in Nashua District Court in January 2008.
