Men Indicted On Computer Use, Child Endangerment Charges: Roundup

Plus: Weare man indicted on sexual assault charges in Merrimack; Hudson man indicted on escape charge; and drug sale indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Latoya Jackson, 32, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam charge on May 30, 2019, in Nashua.

Alex Kinney, 29, of Grace Street in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on certain uses of computer services prohibited and two indecent exposure and lewdness charges. On May 23, he's accused of sending pictures of his genitals and soliciting sex on Grindr from a person he believed to be a child under 16.

Daniel Kovich, 59, pictured lower left, of Thayer Court in Nashua, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana on March 21, and April 30, in Nashua, and a possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-marijuana charge on May 9, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on controlled drug: acts prohibited in March 2018, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Robert Lemieux, 54, of Library Street in Hudson, on a felony escape charge. He is accused of failing to charge his electronic monitoring bracelet and failing to report to a parole officer in January and March in Hudson.

David Martin, 40, lower center, homeless, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted endangering the welfare of a child, and attempted felonious sexual assault charges. On May 21, he's accused of attempting to soliciting sex with a person he thought was a child under 16 on Grindr.

Joseph Masiello, 26, upper right, of Hanover Street in Nashua, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana charge on April 23, in Nashua.

Joshua Matthews, 23, of Milford Street in Brookline, on possession of child sexual abuse images, two indecent exposure and lewdness, and attempted endangering the welfare of a child charges, all felonies. He is accused of being in possession of a video of a naked girl under 18 on July 17, 2018, of sending pictures of his genitals on March 17, 2018, and attempting to solicit sex from a child under 16 on June 15, 2017.

Ronald Meltzer, 37, upper left, of Old Town Road in Weare, on felonious sexual assault, attempted felonious sexual assault, and indecent exposure and lewdness charges, all felonies. Between Dec. 1, 2018, and March 31, 2019, he is accused of exposing himself and requesting sexual activity from a girl in Merrimack.

Yheresis Millan, 25, lower right, of Norton Street in Nashua, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl charges on May 9, in Nashua.

Ryan Moore, 25, upper center, of Pine Street in Nashua, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, alprazolam charges on April 22, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January on a possession charge.
