Nashua Felon Indicted On Gun, Reckless Conduct Charges: County Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Stalker indicted on a new charge; Hudson woman indicted on burglary, forgery, stolen gun, and drug charges; thief faces new charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Melvin Reyes, 32, of Cross Street in Nashua on reckless conduct, felon in possession, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting a pistol twice on Cedar Street in Nashua on July 2 near homes and residents. Reyes is a felon due to an acts prohibited conviction in October 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Christopher Rodriguez, 50, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Nashua on June 30.

Amelia Roy, 34, of Lawrence Road in Hudson on four controlled drug act; acts prohibited, clonazepam, alprazolam, meth, and crack cocaine charges, all felonies, from May 22 in Nashua and June 27 in Hudson. She was also indicted on identity fraud, forgery, burglary, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, from incidents on Bush Hill Road in Hudson between May 29 and June 20. Roy was accused of stealing gold coins, a gold pocket watch, and a .357 revolver during the burglary and posing as a woman to defraud via a $639.80 check.

Michael Saulnier, 38, of Greeley Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Nashua on June 12.

Jennifer Sennott, 25, of Bixby Lane in Litchfield on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving a 2015 Chrysler 200C on Albuquerque Avenue in Litchfield on July 4.

Hasmi Zubhuza, 30, of Monroe Drive in Nashua on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of violating an intimate partner’s protection order on Aug. 18 in Hudson. Previously, he was convicted on a stalking charge in Nashua District Court in October 2022.

Lennin Abreu, 42, of Tech Circle in Methuen, MA, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Ulta on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on May 24 and June 3. Abreu was previously convicted on a shoplifting charge in Salem District Court in November 2003 and a larceny charge in Essex MA Superior Court in July 2010.

Matthew Allard, 38, of no fixed address, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 4 in Nashua. Previously, Allard was convicted on a possession charge in Rochester District Court in September 2011.

Gregory Auer, 38, of Concord Street in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 25 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted in Nashua District Court on an acts prohibited charge in 2006.

Levin Baez Lebron, 26, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Sept. 3 after being a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ryan Baldwin, 33, of Edgewood Avenue in Nashua on two felony tampering with witnesses and informants charges. He was accused of attempting to induce a woman to testify falsely and having a third party reach out to witnesses to testify differently on April 13.
