Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Rony Guzman-Encarnacion, 29, of Bowers Street in Nashua on riot, falsifying physical evidence, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of knowingly possessing a handgun even though he is a felon, concealing the gun to impair a Nashua police investigation, and working with two or more people to cause a violent incident that led to two people being shot. Omer Landry Jr., 45, of Newcastle Drive in Nashua on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving the wrong way on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on Nov. 30, 2023, putting others in danger.

Michelle Labarge, 42, of Manchester Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 6, 2023, in Nashua.

Steven Lawson, 42, of Hunt Street in Nashua on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of brandishing an electronic self-defense weapon and threatening a woman for money on Oct. 18, 2021, in Nashua.

Christopher Leboeuf, 40, of Congress Street in Nashua on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on Oct. 26, 2023, in Nashua.

Alexander Lugo Diaz, 26, of Abbott Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of agreeing with another to attempt to steal a package in Hudson on Dec. 28, 2023, containing $3,600 worth of cell phones purchased fraudulently.

Luis Lugo-Santiago, 39, of Flagstone Drive in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Cottage Street in Nashua on Oct. 4, 2023.

Zachary Madison, 32, of Tolles Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; act prohibited charges, cocaine and fentanyl, in Merrimack on June 14, 2023.
