Merrimack Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Nashua man indicted on drug dealing charges; Lowell man faces on 2 burglary charges; Milford bad checks case indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Tarell Mables, 28, of Lowell Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused by police of strangling an intimate partner on Jan. 1. In Nashua.
Joshua MacDonald, 35, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug. He was accused of possessing 29 methandienone pills on Jan. 24 in Nashua.

Zachary Madison, 31, of Tolles Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over Family Dollar bank deposits between Aug. 1, and Sept. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
Brian Martel, 39, of Templeton Court in Merrimack, pictured, on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a loaded Glock handgun at a Merrimack Police Department lieutenant and officer in a condominium parking lot on Jan. 5.

Brian G. Mercier, 50, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, Massachusetts, on two burglary charges. He was accused by police of burglarizing Bright Spot and Giovanni’s Roast Beef & Pizza in Nashua on Dec. 3, 2021.
Tam Mitchell, 44, of Fourth Street in Nashua on possession of meth and two possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, buprenorphine and fentanyl, charges, all felonies on Jan. 21 in Nashua.
Martin McHugh, 34, of Pine Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 2 in Nashua.
Joseph Murphy, 31, of Doris Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge. He was accused of possessing 2.459 grams of the drug in Nashua on Dec. 30, 2021.
Phillip Pellerin, 32, of Russell Street in Wilton on two felony issuing bad checks charges. He was accused of writing two checks to another person that he knew on an account with insufficient funds on June 30, and July 7, 2021, in Milford.
Crystol Pelletier, 33, of Copp Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-a buprenorphine-naloxone mix on Dec. 21, 2021, in Nashua and a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth-selling-dispensing charge on Aug. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
Charles Reidy, 28, of Grand Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 20, 2021, in Nashua.
