Nashua Man Indicted On Kidnapping, Robbery, Witness Tampering Charges: Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Edward Abdoo, 36, of Lowell Street in Methuen, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining control over items worth more than $1,501 from Best Ford and Best Cycles in Nashua on Nov. 10, 2023.

Frank Antonucci, 48, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 5 in Nashua.

Nathan Barka, 43, of Old Nashua Road in Londonderry, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on Sept. 23, 2023, in Merrimack.

Remi Barrera, 36, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua, on kidnapping, criminal restraint, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He worked in concert with Shanaya Scott to confine another person to commit robbery by pulling her away from a window, dragging her, and holding her down on May 25 in Nashua, and then attempting to induce her to get another person via Facebook Messenger to recant a statement to police, according to indictments.

Sean Gerber, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone on March 14. He was previously convicted in June 2014 in Westborough MA District Court on a substance possession charge.

Thomas Hulen, 52, of Sarasota Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on March 9 in Nashua.

Robert Johnson, 51, of Major Drive in Nashua on four convicted felons, five sale of a controlled drug-subsequent, five possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent, and three conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent charges. He was accused of selling crack cocaine, fentanyl, meth, morphine, and diazepam in Nashua between Jan. 4 and March 21. He was also accused of possessing a Glock 27 .40 caliber pistol, a Taurus .9 caliber pistol, a Smith & Wesson .44 caliber revolver, and a shotgun. Johnson was previously convicted of intent to distribute in June 1995 and assault and battery in November 1999 in Massachusetts. According to the indictment, Wilmer Tejeda Cruz of Makin Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and Jose Martinez of Ashland Street in Taunton, MA, assisted Johnson in the conspiracy counts.

William King, 40, of Forest Road in Wilton on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and meth, on April 17 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Milford District Court in November 2016.

Teshawnda Knight, 41, of Bowdoin Street in Malden, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,501 worth of items from Victoria’s Secret at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua on April 17, 2023.
