Nashua Man Indicted On Riot, Drive-By Shooting Charges: Court Roundup
Nashua man indicted on 4 murder charges; New Ipswich man accused of gun threat in Greenville; MD man indicted in Denny's shooting incident.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Aisayack Perez-Virella, 20, of Buck Street in Nashua on riot, felonious use of a firearm, and four reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of engaging with two or more people to cause risk of public alarm by firing a gun at a group of people while inside a vehicle on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Aug. 16, 2023.
Michael Pepper, 45, of Malthouse Road in New Ipswich on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on June 25, 2023, in Greenville.

Torrin Radcliffe, 35, of Legacy Drive in Hooksett on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He as accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Hudson on April 23, 2023, after being convicted twice before, in August 2013 and August 2022.
David Retter, 38, of Flagg Road in Hollis on a felony theft by unauthorized taking and transfer charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,501 of another person’s property from a storage facility in Nashua without permission on July 22, 2023, moving it to his home, and leaving it outside in foul weather, knowing this would devalue or ruin the property.

Victor Rivera, 48, of Walnut Street in Nashua on four second-degree murder charges. He was accused of shooting and killing Matthew Champagne and Patricia Swett, on Sept. 29, 2023, in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Woman, Manchester Man Identified As Victims Fatally Shot
Stevielee Ross, 39, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Dec. 14, 2023, in Nashua.
Sophie Marika Ross, 22, of North Plain Road in Housatonic, Massachusetts, on burglary, riot, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of burglarizing and rioting at Elbit Systems of America in Merrimack on Nov. 20, 2023. Miguel Saez, 59, of no fixed address in Nashua on five felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and crack cocaine, in January, February, and April 2023 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of possession in March 1990.
Valerie Saint John, 38, of Old Derry Road in Hudson on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Central Street Hill Road in Hudson on Nov. 15, 2023, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Joel Sanchez, 34, of Rooks Head Place in Waldorf, Maryland, on a felony riot charge. He was accused of engaging with others in violent conduct, which led to two people being shot in Nashua on Oct. 29, 2023. Cristian Santos Urena, 24, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge. He was accused of intending to harass a woman with an identifiable naked photo on May 23, 2023, in Nashua.
