Manchester Woman Arrested On Theft, Tampering Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Josue F. Gonzalez, born 1979, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2022, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 85 Manchester St.

Gavin Eriksson, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 11 a.m. on Feb. 20 on possession of a controlled drug and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. He has an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 3.

Winter Riley, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 10:42 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street as well as criminal mischief, breach of bail, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two simple assault charges after an incident at Salisbury Green on Loudon Road.

Ronald W. Smart, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 8:04 a.m. on Feb. 17 on two bench warrants after an incident on Hall Street.

Kevin Donald McFetridge Jr., 20, of Concord was arrested at 2 a.m. on Feb. 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He has active cases in superior court including burglary and felony theft out of Epsom which were filed on Feb. 9, burglary, receiving stolen property, and felony drug charges out of Concord from November 2021, and two felony theft charges out of Concord from August 2021.

Alan Anthony Poliquin, 32, of Concord was arrested at 3:16 a.m. on Feb. 15 on two simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Torrin J. Radcliffe, 34, of Hooksett was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a warrant after an incident on Interstate 93 South.

Livia G. Austin, born 1982, of Loudon was arrested at 2:01 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 196 N. Main St.

Michael J. Vachon, born 1982, of Allenstown was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Feb. 11 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Gulf Street.

Melissa B. Katz, 37, of Manchester was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on Feb. 10 on theft by deception, more than $1,500, falsifying physical evidence, and tampering with public-private records charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Windmill Restaurant. Katz is due in superior court on March 3.
