Concord Man Indicted On 8 Child Sex Abuse Image Charges: Court

Plus: Pembroke man accused of shooting crossbow at a Hooksett house; drug possession, theft indictments in Merrimack County Superior Court.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Marc Pulsifer, 43, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord on eight felony counts of child sexual abuse images in his Concord apartment on June 3. Read more about this case here: Concord Man Arrested On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges

William Rivera Calderon, 42, of Central Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges on April 9 in Hooksett.

Michelle Brien, 42, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on May 25 in Concord.

Virginia Gilpatrick, 39, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Concord on March 12. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Barbara Sefton, 65, of Gates Pond Road in Berlin, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of met charges, both felonies, on April 20 in Canterbury.

Patrick J. Griffin, 38, of Main Street in Pembroke on reckless conduct and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-alprazolam charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing bolts from a crossbow into a home in Hooksett on March 20. The drug charge is from April 10.

Deidre M. Scheffler, 46, of Pitman Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin, tramadol, fentanyl mix charge on April 7 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in September 2019 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Nathan Bond, 42, of North State Street in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 29, 2020, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of drug dealing in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2019.

Patrick Szalay, 34, of Lancaster Avenue in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 10 in Hooksett.

Tiara L. Cyr-Cullinane, 30, of Harvard Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 10 in Hooksett.

Torrin J. Radcliffe, 33, of Legacy Drive in Hooksett on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited fentanyl, cocaine and fentanyl mix, meth charges on March 18 in Hooksett.

Mariela Trinidad Becerril also known as Dalys Trinidad, 42, of Central Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Oct. 20, 2020, in Hooksett.
