Nashua Woman Indicted On Financial Exploitation Charge: Superior Court

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Tyler Greenhalgh, 31, of Underhill Street in Nashua, on reckless conduct and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of leaving fentanyl in a room that a child had access to on June 27, 2024, in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Arrested After Child Overdoses On Fentanyl

Kevin Greenleaf, 47, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony possession of fentanyl and two simple assault on a police officer charges. The drug charge stemmed from an incident involving a loaded syringe on Dec. 22, 2023, in Nashua. Greenleaf punched and swung his elbow backward and struck an officer multiple times in the face on Nov. 4, 2024, in Nashua, according to the indictments.

Jimmy Guzman, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen Dodge Charger SRT on July 19, 2024, in Nashua.

Valerie Hammerle, 60, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, and impaired adult charge. Between Aug. 28, 2023, and Jan. 31, 2024, she was accused of withdrawing money from an impaired man she was the guardian of in Nashua.

Erick Ryes Hidalgo, 30, of Congress Street in Nashua, on two felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of depositing a $2,188 check twice on Jan. 3, 2023, in Nashua, and a $3,000 check twice on Jan. 4, 2023, in Nashua.

Christopher Hildreth, 37, of Country Hill Road in Nashua, on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a fixed blade knife and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 1, 2024, in Nashua.

Joshua Charles Kirby-MacNeil, 20, of Atwood Road in Pelham, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, reckless conduct, and driving after revocation or suspension charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Bridge Street in Pelham on Sept. 3, 2024, while intoxicated, at a high rate of speed, and causing a collision with injury to another, specifically, fractured ribs.

Mark Kushakji, 53, of Ash Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge, meth and buprenorphine, both felonies, on Sept. 30, 2024, in Nashua.
