Nashua Man Arrested On Stalking, Protective Order Violation Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Ashley Cheyenne Green, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Dec. 6, 2024, on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Regis Babu Irumva, 21, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Dec. 5 on felony receiving stolen property-$1,501, driving after revocation or suspension, resisting arrest or detention, and two disobeying an officer charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Bouton Street.

Christopher Dale Hughes, born 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Dec. 5 on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Allison Street.

Gary Brian Mercer Jr., 30, of Concord, was arrested at 10:22 p.m. on Dec. 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a misuse of plates violation after an incident or investigation at 238 N. Main St.

Lisa Marie Convery, born 1983, of Concord, received a summons at 9:10 a.m. on Dec. 4 on a disobeying an officer charge as well as two failure to use turn signal violations after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Derrick Jonathan Pogue, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 4:51 p.m. on Nov. 7 on a disorderly conduct charge and a false report to law enforcement violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Regency Hill Estates at 12 East Side Drive.

Jeffrey Jezard, born 1989, of North Easton, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:29 p.m. on Nov. 7 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges.

Allie Little, 18, of Torrington, Connecticut, or Columbus, Georgia, received a summons at noon on Nov. 7 on a bench warrant at police headquarters. She was accused of unlawful possession in May 2024. According to court documents, she failed to appear on June 17. Later, a trial was set for Oct. 24, but she failed to appear again, and the warrant was issued. On Dec. 16, she failed to appear at a hearing on her previous failure to appear. Another warrant was issued. Little requested a telephone hearing on Dec. 18.

David S. Parker, born 1955, of Concord, received a summons at 10:56 a.m. on Nov. 7 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident or investigation at the Storrs Street Garage at 75 Storrs St.

Alexander Pierre, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. on Nov. 7 on two warrants after an incident or investigation at the Cumbies at 196 N. Main St.

Jacob Allan Duquette, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Nov. 7 on criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation on Downing Street.

Elias J. Morse, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 6 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation at Marshalls at 80 Storrs St.

Christopher Stotler, born 1962, of Warner, received a summons at 2:39 p.m. on Nov. 6 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.

Christopher Hildreth, 37, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. on Nov. 6 on violation of a protective order and stalking charges after an incident or investigation in the area of State and Warren streets.

Pierce Makuen Osgood, 28, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on Nov. 6 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation at Dunkin’ Donuts at 62 Manchester St. She has an active warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court North after missing a dispositional conference hearing on felony theft, contempt, and resisting charges out of Manchester from June.
